IMPORTANT: The customer will always have to bear the customs costs and the costs of customs procedures. (This cost is not included at any time in any order process).

How can I place an order?

Within each product and article, under the brief description you will see the attributes and prices?​Corresponding to each one, as well as the offers associated with it. When you find the item you were looking for, click on the "add to cart" button on the item detail page to add it to your shopping cart. Repeat this action with all the products and items of the order. When you are on the shopping cart page, you will see the list of items you have added. You can make any change you want, such as: change the quantity of an item, or remove an item from your cart. If you want to continue shopping click on the "continue shopping" button. In the pre-payment step (in the order confirmation), the system will automatically calculate the final price by adding the shipping costs to your destination. You will then see the final price of the order before authorizing any payment.

If you are satisfied with the final price, Confirm the Purchase.

Once you have added all the items you want to the shopping cart, you must select a shipping method and you will be ready to finalize your order. Then click on the "Go to checkout" button and on the next page you must fill out the Personal Data Form.

  • If you have already made a purchase on our portal, you only have to enter your customer data, since your personal data is already registered in our database.
  • If you are a new customer, you must fill in the Personal Data Form: name, surname, email address, address, zip code, city (select a population from the drop-down list), province, a contact phone number and identification number. After entering your personal information, you will have to choose a payment method. Once you have completed all the information (personal data + payment method), your order confirmation will automatically appear on the screen and we will send you a confirmation email with all the details of your order.

If you have selected Bank Transfer as the method of payment, the order will not be terminated until you enter the payment or proof of transfer. If the payment is not made within 5 days, the order will be automatically canceled.

Can I know the status of my order online?

Yes! At any time you can check the status of your order in the section My Account.

In addition, once the items have been prepared and we have sent your order, we will send you an email to notify you that your package has been sent. In the email we will include a link with which you can track the package and see the shipping status of your order.

What happens if there is a stock error in my order?

If your order contains a stock error, our Customer Service will contact you to solve the issue as quickly as possible.

Until the error is not solved, the entire order does not leave our warehouses.
