The management and expenses generated by the return shipment will be your responsibility. You will have to send the unwanted product to our facilities. Once the product is in our facilities and we have verified that the product is in perfect condition, we will proceed to make the payment of the returned item.
The product will always have to be returned unused and in its original packaging!

Items That Cannot Be Returned
Please note that custom products, such as shirts, clothing... cannot be refunded. Custom products are created exclusively for you. This means that you will not be able to return them, unless they have a manufacturing defect.
Nor will the return of Outlet or Liquidation products or underwear products such as tops or boxers be accepted.
Once you have received the order, if you are not satisfied with the purchase, you can return the item if you are within 14 days from the date you received the package. Keep in mind that the product may not have been used and must be in suitable condition for subsequent sale including its original box and the original label.

All products offered are guaranteed. If you detect that the article has a manufacturing and/or functional defect, please contact us through our mail email@example.com. The waiting time will vary depending on the management time of the technical service of each brand. The decision to change, repair, the product will depend exclusively on the supplier. You just have to attach your order number, email, reason for return, and photographs.

How can I make a return?
- Prepare a package with the article and the documents mentioned in the previous point. The item must keep its original packaging, just as you received it with its labels.
- Close the packaging correctly so that the product does not deteriorate or spoil.
- Request the free collection of the package by calling (+34) 93 788 48 62.
- Deliver the package to the SEUR carrier.
- You will receive a refund of the amount of the returned product as soon as the order reaches our warehouses. Items used or not returned in the same condition in which they were delivered will not be refunded.
- If you want a new item, you can place a new order with the correct size and/or color on our website www.flickhockey.eu, regardless of the status of the return.

How can I know that my return has been received?
Normally the packages arrive at our offices in a period of 2 to 10 working days depending on the country of origin. Packages are opened in order of arrival. We try not to delay too much, but your return may be processed between 4 and 5 business days after receipt.
