Yes, you can return your products within a maximum period of 30 business days from the day of delivery.

The management and expenses generated by the return shipment will be your responsibility. You will have to send the unwanted product to our facilities. Once the product is in our facilities and we have verified that the product is in perfect condition, we will proceed to make the payment of the returned item.

You have 30 days from when you received the purchase to make the return. Please, to avoid damage during transportation of the products, each item must go inside its original box and then, they must go inside a protective box or wrapper for transportation.

How do I make a return?

  • Click on the "Make a Return" link to manage the pickup. The item must retain its original packaging, just as you received it with its labels.
  • Close the transport packaging properly so that the product does not deteriorate or get damaged.
  • Hand over the package to the carrier.
  • You have the option to receive the refund immediately with a cost of 1€ or receive it in the following 24-72 hours. You can also request a gift card to make a new purchase.
  • Used items or items that are not returned in the same condition as they were delivered will not be refunded. Nor will the cost of shipping the order.
  • If you want a new item, you can place a new order with the correct size and/or color on our website www.flickhockey.com, regardless of the return status.

What should I do if I have received the wrong item?

In case you receive a wrong item, you have 30 days to return the product. To make the return, please, enter our return portal you'll find below, and in a quick and brief manner, you will complete the return.

What should I do if I have received a defective item?

All the products offered are guaranteed. If you notice that the item has a manufacturing and/or operating defect, please contact us through our email info@flickhockey.com. The waiting time will vary depending on the technical service management time of each brand. The decision for exchange, repair, of the product will depend exclusively on the supplier. You just need to attach your order number, email, reason for return, and photographs.
