Guarantees

Additional guarantee to the rights that the law grants to consumers in the absence of conformity of the product. No guarantee will be processed without a purchase ticket or delivery note. This guarantee will be processed by email to shop@flickhockey.com (attaching ticket or delivery note and product photos) and never in a physical store.

In case we need to see the product physically, the customer will have to send the product to our facilities.
